First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
This is a first edition of the work, in original publisher's black cloth binding with the unclipped dust wrapper. Len Deighton is a British author known for his novels on espionage and military history. His other works include The Ipcress File, Horse Under Water and Funeral in Berlin. He is also known for writing a number of cookery books. This particular spy novel is set in 1979, following a group of former SS officers as they plan to seize power in West Germany.
Condition
In original publisher's cloth binding with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart, with light bumping and the odd mark to the front board. Dust wrapper in excellent condition, with minor shelf wear only. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
