Description

First Edition, With Dustwrapper

The first edition, first impression, in the publisher's original price clipped dust wrapper.

This thrilling novel constitutes the last appearance of husband and wife detectives Tommy and Tuppence Beresford. Now retired, the Beresfords investigate a World War I era cold case, involving the poisoning of a female spy.

This was the last novel that Christie wrote in her lifetime, though not her final work to be published.

Condition

Bound in the publisher's cloth, with the original, price-clipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with minor shelf wear only. Dust wrapper is very good, with some edge wear and light creasing. Plastic adhered to wrap is lifting slightly to joints. Internally, firmly bound with bright, clean pages.
