The ninth impression. First published in 1926.

Undated, dated from the publisher's advertisements.

Bound in the publisher's orange cloth with the original, unclipped dust wrapper.

A charming collection of nine short stories, all on the subject of golf. These tales are told by the "Oldest Member", who recounts a number of scenarios involving a young man at the club, who he labels a "goof" due to his lack of golfing prowess.

Written by English novelist and celebrated humorist, P. G. Wodehouse, known for his amusing approach to writing, and for the creation of many beloved characters, including Jeeves and Wooster.

Condition

Bound in the publisher's orange cloth with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with light shelf wear and a few light spots to the fore edge. Dust wrapper is sound, with chipping, heavier to the spine head, and the odd closed tear. Sunning to the spine and the occasional mark. Internally, pages 13-16 are detached but present. Otherwise, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
