This compelling work of historical fiction, 'The Duke of Gandia' is one of the most well-known dramas written by English author, Algernon Charles Swinburne. It is one of Swinburne's later works, published the year before his death in 1909.
Condition
In publisher's original black cloth binding. Externally in excellent condition with bumping to head and tail of the spine resulting in slight loss to the cloth. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with the odd spot, heavier to the first and last few pages.
