'The Tale of Little Pig Robinson' was first published in 1930, one of the final works by Potter published, though it was one of the first stories she wrote. The tale follows Little Pig Robinson, who, after being sent to the market by his aunts, finds himself waylaid by a sailor on his way home.
Beautifully illustrated in colour in Potter's typical style, with a colour frontispiece, five colour plates, twenty-two full-paged monochrome illustrations, and in-text monochrome illustrations. Collated, complete.

Condition
In the original publisher's paper covered boards. Externally, generally smart, with light marks. Tear to the rear joint, smaller tears to the head and tail of the front joint. Spine is age-toned. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
