The Red Letter refers to the words of the Lord being printed in red, while the remaining text is printed in black. This particular New Testament was translated out of the original Greek, and appointed to be read in Churches.
Illustrated with thirty colour plates and a frontispiece.
Date stated to the verso of the title page, whereby the licence to print this work is stated.
Condition
Bound in quarter leather, with beautifully carved wooden boards. Externally, excellent, with light rubbing to the spine causing a little loss to the head. Internally, firmly bound with very bright and clean pages.
