The Bookano Stories began publication towards the end of the 1920s, and were the first 'automatic' books.

Condition
In the original publisher's paper covered boards. Externally, smart. Light bumping and rubbing to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A few light marks to the boards and spine. Small bookplate to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some scattered spots. Bookplate to the title page. A couple of small closed tears to the pop-ups.
