A first edition.
Featuring the music to accompany songs including 'Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?', 'Dance of the Bogey Man', 'Playful Pluto', 'That's Called Puppy Love' and 'Pied Piper of Hamlin'.
A very scarce first edition which provides the sheet music to accompany songs present in Walt Disney's 'Silly Symphony' series of animated musical short films, which were released between 1929 and 1939.
With illustrations to the perimeters of each leaf.
Bookseller's stamp to tail of front wrap.
Undated; dated circa 1934 via the UCLA library.
Condition
In the publisher's original paper wraps. Front wrap bright, with light handling marks to rear wrap. Rubbing to back strip. Bookseller's stamp to tail of front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages just a touch age toned but otherwise clean and bright, with instances of minor closed tears to fore edges of leaves.
