    This scarce work features a foreword by the former British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. The work provides an account of the role of the Chartered Surveyor, a role responsible for providing unbiased consultation on properties and buildings.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original quarter cloth with paper to the boards. Externally excellent with slight rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
