A very scarce German picture book for children, containing a series of nursery rhymes concerning the animal world. Printed on thick panels featuring a series of colourful illustrations of various animal, including cat, dog, donkey, and horse.
Condition
In the original publisher's linen backed binding, over illustrated boards, five illustrated panels to recto and verso. Externally sound with shelf wear, minor chipping to head and tail of back strip, general light soiling, boards lightly marked and bumped to extremities. Internally, binding is firm. Panels generally very clean.
