    Description

    Colour Plates, Early Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce

    Favourites at the Zoo in the original publisher's paper wraps. 

    A very scarce children's work with no other copies held in libraries. 

    With four colour plates and five pages of text. Collated. Illustrations by Stanley Berkeley. 

    Berkeley was an English painter of animals, sports, and historical subjects, and provided illustrations for various magazines and books. 

    Undated. 

    Condition

    In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, smart. There is some slight wear to the extremities of the boards and light wear to the spine. The boards are slightly age toned. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean.
