An interesting association with bookplate to front pastedown and stamps from the vast 'Magic Circle Library' of over 12,000 books and manuscripts of magic magazines, one of the largest magic libraries in the world used by magicians to learn the history of magic or to learn new tricks.
This book was written by Will Goldston, and it contains methods for a series of magic tricks involving coins, handkerchiefs, matches, &c. with demonstrative illustrations in text.
Condition
Rebacked in paper with the original pictorial boards restored. Externally with shelf wear, rubbed to boards and spine, lightly chipped to tail. Usual library stamps to title page, last leaf of text, and scattered to the occasional leaf, library bookplate to rear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
