Pearson's Magazine was a monthly periodical that specialised in speculative literature, political discussion and the arts. Some of the contributors include Upton Sinclair, H. G. Wells and Rudyard Kipling.
This volume contains a collection of serialized articles of Secrets of the Courts of Europe the confidences of an ex-Ambassador being written by Allen Upward. The volume contains the six articles of the first series and six of the second series. Allen Upward was a British poet, lawyer and teacher.
With the addition of three articles by an A. V, the International Spy, being Wanted-A King, A secret of the Sultan's Harem and A story of the Entente Cordiale also from Pearson's Magazine.
All are illustrated with in-text illustrations.
Condition
Bound in full cloth. Externally, very smart indeed with light fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
