What Our Customers Say...

Illustrated, Original Binding, Very Scarce

A very scarce Christian short story following a man's repeated rejection of the gift of a Bible.

The book is written to suggest that this is a true story about a man named Antonio who buries a Bible gifted to him in a brick wall. It then returns to him at a time when he is open to listen to the word of God.

Included to the work is a letter, dated 1890, which states the book to be a personal award for one Clara Bristow.

Adorned with four full page illustrations.

In the original cloth binding.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. With rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with the odd spot.
