    French language. New edition. A collection of orations and panegyrics for funerals, with details from the most recent works. Written by Jacques-Benigne Bossuet, a French bishop and theologian considered one of the best orators in the French language, renowned for his speeches and sermons.

    Condition

    Bound in half calf with brown cloth boards. Externally, smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Front board is bowed. Minor fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Title page is inserted loosely and pages i to vi are lacking. Pages are bright and clean with light age toning.
