This very scarce playbill booklet features an advertisement for Charles Kean and his wife's performances at the Drury Lane Theatre, including 'The House That Jack Built'. Kean was a famous actor and theatre manager known for his revivals of Shakespearian plays.
Undated, dated by a record of performances held at the Drury Lane Theatre.
Condition
In the original paper covers. Externally, creased with marks, small closed tears to the extremities, and a closed tear to the tail of the spine. Internally, most pages disbound from covers, but present. Pages lightly age toned with slight creasing and the odd spot.
