This volume includes titles such as: Paradise Lost, Paradise Regained, Lycidas, Arcades, and Il Penseroso, amongst others. With a life of the author to the beginning of the text. Dated from the British Library. Bound by McKelvie, Greenock.

Condition

In the original tooled crushed morocco. Externally, sound with rubbing to the extremities and fading to the spine, as is typical with green leather. The odd small mark to the boards. Front hinge just starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Minor age toning to the endpapers with a contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown. Bound by McKelvie, Greenock.
