Description
This work is curated of passages designed to be read at morning and evening prayer on Sundays and other holy days of the year. These lessons are found in the Table of Proper Lessons, which is distinct from the regular daily lessons, typically found in the Book of Common Prayer which lists the specific Old and New Testament readings. With a calendar to the rear with appropriate passages for different dates.
Condition
In the original full calf binding with gilt. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and minor fading to the spine. A small split to the calf at the tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot.
