With plays including King John, King Richard II, King Henry IV Part I, King Henry IV Part II, and King Henry V. Histories II. Illustrated with one hundred and forty-three engravings. With plays including King Henry VI Part I, King Henry VI Part II, King Henry VI Part III, King Richard III, and King Henry VIII. Tragedies I. Illustrated with one hundred and thirty-six engravings. With plays including Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Cymbeline, Othello, Timon of Athens, and King Lear.

    Condition

    In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Light fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. Light spotting and age toning to the first and last few pages. With contemporary ink inscriptions to the front endpapers. Much of the text block remains unopened.
