A charming pair of works aiming to assist in the navigation of London, and the surrounding 'Country' areas.

Volume 1 is a double-sided folding map and timetable of trams and tramways. Published by L. C. C. Tramways, this document offers a glimpse into the bustling system of trams, as the operated were in November 1932, under the jurisdiction of London County Council, which was the case from 1899, until 1933. 

Volume 1 features a colour illustration to the first page, and an orange and peach vibrantly coloured map to the reverse of the timetable.

Volume 2 features a monochrome frontispiece, and is filled with vignette illustrations - both maps and photographs, depict a variety of destinations.

Condition

Bound in original paper, and half cloth. Externally, smart. Slight rubbing to covers and extremities. Slight age toning to covers. Rubbing to vol2 head and tail. Internally, firmly bound. Chipping to loose sheet of corrections slotted inside vol2. Small closed tear in fold of vol1. Pages generally bright and clean. Occasional spotting to vol1.
