What Our Customers Say...

Description

Leather Binding

Volume Two of Three.

This volume celebrates the work and life of John Dryden. It includes an introductory memoir by Robert Bell which aims to understand Dryden and how he was influenced by his surrounding. It explores his political ideas and why this has been seen as an important focal point within his poetry.

Dryden is known for his heroic couplets, satire and fables and this volume wonderfully displays these techniques.
