    A limited edition, being number 424 out of 500 numbered copies. The first all in one edition, previously published as separate novels in paperbacks and ebooks.

    In the publisher's original cloth with the original slipcase. Externally lovely. The slipcase is also lovely. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
