One of a strictly limited number of privately printed copies for the author's family, a few close associates and Chetham's Library, Manchester Metropolitan University Library and the John Rylands University of Manchester Library. 

In the original quarter cloth binding, with marbled paper covered boards.

A commonplace book of literary curiosities compiled by English author and editor Ian Rogerson, including extracts from 'Life and Letters of Lord Macaulay', 'Reading, Writing and Remembering', 'Desert Islands', 'The Novel Now' and 'The Georgian Literary Scene', among others. 

Condition

In the original quarter cloth binding, with marbled paper covered boards. Externally, fine. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
