The first US edition of this work, published in the same year as the true first UK edition. A children's fantasy novel with two main plots: one following the adventure of two children in current day Oxford as they come across a book titled Endymion Spring, leading to all knowledge in the world; the second story line follows the journey of Endymion Spring, a young printer's devil who works in Gutenberg's workshop. The plots are set about six hundred years apart. 

Written by Matthew Skelton. Complete with its unclipped dust wrapper. 

This copy contains a code to access 'mysterious rooms' on its website, and a booklet enclosed in a golden glassine paper envelope reading 'reveal the words hidden in skin, beware the power held within, open the book that uncovers the secret!' unopened.
