Also with a card written to this copy's previous owner from Amy, who wrote the foreword for this work and is playwright in her own right. Loosely inserted are two print-outs of emails exchanged between her and the previous owner, one Richard Hills, with clear evidence of friendship, though the exact association is unfortunately unknown.
