2001 Discworld Thieves' Guild Yearbook & Diary 2002
What Our Customers Say...
Description
Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding
A brilliant Discworld diary for the year 2002, noting the months in the language of Discworld, as well as character's birthdays, and important dates in Discworld's history.
The first few pages include a President's address from J. H. Boggis, a Treasurer's report by Vinny 'No Ears' Ludd, and a wealth of information on the Thieves' Guild.
This diary is completely clean, with no notes by a prior owner, a strikingly fine example.
'Discworld' is Pratchett's comic fantasy series, set on the flat planet Discworld, which is balanced on the backs of four elephants, who in turn are said to stand on the back of a giant turtle. Pratchett published a total of forty-one discworld novels, from 1983 to his death in 2015.
Illustrated by Paul Kidby.
