In publisher's original paper covers, in the original slip case. Includes illustrated original title pages. 

Cooper was an English Whig politician, philosopher, and writer. His works range widely in content, including his opinions on ethics, religion, aesthetics, religion, painting, literature, architecture, gardening, ancient and modern history, and aims at nothing less than a new ideal of the gentlemen.

These modern editions include a foreword by Douglas Den Uyl.

In publisher's paper covers. In the original slip case. Externally, excellent. Slip case is very smart. Internally, firmly bound. pages are bright and clean throughout.
