Complete in three volumes. Facsimile. The Army List is a series of lists of serving regular, militia or territorial British Army officers, kept in one form or another, since 1702. This collection records the officers on the active list of the Regular Army, the Royal Marines, Special Reserve, Territorial Force, Reserve Officers and more during the month of November in 1918, the month that Armistice was signed to end the First World War. With a schedule or arrangement listing the King, foreign sovereigns acting as Colonels-in-Chief, the Army Council, and on through the ranks. Including armed forces from allied countries, army chaplains, cadetships, and a list of deaths. Volume III contains a vast index.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
