Get Off Our Train the author once again takes on the environmental fable in this daring and enchanting picture book about taking care of planet Earth. The work imagines God taking a tour of planet Earth with two children and finding dirty water, foul air, forests chopped and burned, and hungry people is in dismay. The two children set off to tell the adults how to change.

John Burningham is an English author and children's book illustrator. In both 1963 and 1970 Burningham won Kate Greenaway Medals for British children's book illustration.

Condition

In the publisher's original pictorial boards. Externally, excellent. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
