These were the first to feature the wonderful illustrations of Quentin Blake, bringing new life to these charming and classic stories. 

In the publisher's original unclipped dust wrappers. In the original cloth binding. 

This set includes two Roald Dahl stories:

'The Magic Finger' (originally published in 1966) which follows an eight-year-old girl with a peculiar power triggered by her anger, and her dislike for the Gregg family of hunters next door. 

'Fantastic Mr Fox' (originally published in 1970), a story about a cunning Mr Fox and his plan to outwit his farmer neighbours and steal their food from right under their noses. 

Condition

In the original cloth bindings. In the original unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, excellent with lightest instances of shelf wear. Dust wrappers are very smart. With sunning to the spine of 'Fantastic Mr Fox'. Light edge wear to both. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
