French. Uncommon work. First edition. A collection of eighty reproductions of prints from the artist, many of which are in colour. Collated complete. Exploring the works of Ossip Alexeevich Zadkine, a Russian and French artist of the School of Paris, best known as a sculptor, though he also produced paintings and lithographs. Including a historical commentary, study of the artist, and a biography of the artist. With essays from Laure Barbizet and Helena Staub, French art historians and curators.

Condition

In the original card wraps. Externally, very smart with the odd small closed tear to the extremities. Sympathetic repairs to the internal side made with tape. Original paper covered slip case is also very smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark. Internally, pages are inserted loosely, as issued. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
