A scarce anniversary issue of this magazine, in the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps, with a photographic portrait of Philip Larkin to the front of the wraps.

A Hull poets special for the 1992 anniversary issue of the literary magazine Bête Noire, containing issues twelve and thirteen for autumn 1991 and spring 1992. This work contains poems, reminiscences, interviews, articles, maps and photographs celebrating: Philip Larkin, Simon Armitage, Brian Higgins, Alan Plater, George Kendrick, and Ken Smith, among many others.

Condition

In the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Externally generally smart, with a little spotting to the rear of the wraps. Small tear to the head of the front joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean.
