A charming commentary and visual journey following the artwork of Cecil Aldin, a British artist and illustrator known for his paintings and drawings of animals and sport. He is considered one of the greatest dog and hound artists of the twentieth century. Written by Rupert Collens, a British author and leading authority on British painters of the twentieth century.

Condition

In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Original price-clipped dust wrapper is also smart with shelf wear and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
