A lovely copy of this first edition bibliography of the works of Lawrence Weaver, English architectural writer and civil servant, 1876 to 1930. Compiled and annotated by his grandson, Lawrence Trevelyan Weaver, with a contribution by Patrick Nuttgens. A copy limited to five hundred. Illustrated with a frontispiece and other plates in text.
Including a biographical sketch of Weaver, with a note on his work. A complete bibliography of his books as well as his articles.
Including the unclipped glassine wrapper. With the order form loosely inserted.
Condition
In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding over paper covered boards, with a title label to the front board. Externally, lovely. The glassine wrap is lovely with only minor shelf wear and a minor chipping to the head of the spine; unclipped. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated with a frontispiece and other illustrations in text.
