What Our Customers Say...

Description

First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

In the publisher's original cloth bindings.

Complete with the publisher's original dust wrappers, all but one of which, Night Watch, are unclipped.

Set on the fantastical Discworld, a flat disc supported by four elephants that themselves stand atop a giant turtle, the series cleverly parodies and draws inspiration from the works of authors such as J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert E. Howard, and William Shakespeare.

All but two copies (Carpe Jugulum and The Last Continent) bear the publisher’s number line “2 4 6 8 10 9 7 5 3 1,” confirming these as first edition, first impression copies of the works.

This collection consists of:

Carpe Jugulum (1998). This is the first edition, first impression, though it lacks the publisher's number line.

The Last Continent (1998). This is copy is a reprint, printed in the same year as the first impression.

The Truth (2000).

Night Watch (2002).

Going Postal (2004).

Thud! (2005).

Thud! (2005).

Unseen Academicals (2009).

I Shall Wear Midnight (2010).

Sir Terry Pratchett (1948–2015) was an English author who wrote over 70 books, including the acclaimed Discworld series. He was awarded a knighthood in 2009 for services to literature and sold over 85 million books worldwide.
