A collection of lectures from the 'Science in Egyptology' symposia in 1979 and 1984, held in Manchester. A variety of contributors are included, such as A. T. Sandison, E. Strouhal and J. Desmond, and topics range from mummification to radiology. This work was compiled and edited by A. Rosalie David.

In the publisher's original boards, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, boards are in lovely condition. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. Dust wrapper is very bright and smart.
