1985 Night and Day
What Our Customers Say...
Description
Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding
A fine copy of this anthology of the Night and Day magazine, with a preface by co-editor Graham Green. Found in the unclipped dust wrapper. Partly modelled on the New Yorker which began circulating twelve years earlier, the Night and Day magazine offers an illustrated collection of articles offering humorous critical political comment. However, the magazine only lasted six months, and had to cease publication in December 1937.
Condition
In the publisher's original green cloth binding, found in the unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, lovely, with just some light shelf wear. The wrap has a little edgewear to the top edge. Internally, firmly bound, with bright and clean pages throughout.
