A very scarce study guide for the 1983 film 'The Dresser', by Tony Fegan, edited by Ian Wall.
The film was directed by Peter Yeats, and adapted by Ronald Harwood from his 1980 play of the same name. The plot follows an aging Shakespearean actor's personal assistant struggling to keep his employer's life together, starring Albert Finney and Tom Courtenay.
Illustrated with stills from the film throughout.
Condition
In the original paper laminated wraps. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the wraps. Label to the tail of the front wrap. BFI institutional labels to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
