The scarce first edition of this work, flat signed by the author and illustrator, Ron van der Meer, to the first leaf.
Billed by the publisher as "Four exciting games of skill, challenge and fun for the whole family!", this is a charming collection of four interactive board games, with the games created from paper engineering.
These games are titled 'Flip the Button', 'The Enchanted Forest', 'The Golden Goose' and 'Dunk the clown'. Instructions for playing the games is given to the rear board.
Illustrated in colour, with four double page games, with a central pop-up to each, and with further small flaps, pop ups and spinning discs. Collated, complete.
Condition
In the publisher's original paper covered boards. Externally, excellent, with just a touch of rubbing to rear board. Minor loss of paper to head of front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Inscribed by the author to first leaf. Pages exceptionally bright, with instances of light spotting. Flaps and pop ups in full working order.
