The first storyline is Leon Trotsky on a journey to New York City shortly before the Russian Revolution of 1917. This tale is written as the libretto of an Off-Broadway musical. The second tale covers the life and career of Sigmund Freud and includes portrayals of Havelock Ellis and Krafft-Ebing. The third part is set in the future prior to the impact of extrasolar planet with earth. Written by John Anthony Burgess Wilson, who published under the name Anthony Burgess, a British writer and composer best known for his dystopian satire A Clockwork Orange.

Condition

In the original full blue cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original price-clipped dust wrapper is very smart with light wear to the extremities and minor sunning to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light spotting to the endpapers.
