Norman Colin Dexter, OBE, (born 29 September 1930) is an English crime writer known for his Inspector Morse novels, which were written between 1975 and 1999 and adapted as a television series from 1987 to 2000. 'Service of All the Dead' is the fourth novel in the Inspector Morse series.

In a blue cloth binding in an unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart with just minor shelfwear. Dustwrapper is smart with just minor edgewear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
