The action follows the rabbits as they escape the destruction of their warren and seek a place to establish a new home. Written by Richard George Adams, an English novelist best known for this work, his debut novel, which achieved international acclaim. Illustrated by John Lawrence, an English illustrator and wood engraver.
Condition
Bound in the original quarter cloth with paper covered boards. Original unclipped dust wrapper is laminated to the boards and unable to be removed without damage. Externally, very smart with minor wear only. Original cloth and paper covered slip case is also very smart with minor wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
