    First published in 1928; first impression of this edition published in 1964. This is a second impression of 1977. 

    Illustrated with numerous plates and further illustrations in text. 

    Complete with unclipped dust wrapper. 

    Ten leaves of 'Addenda and Corrigenda' to rear.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely. Dust wrapper unclipped and very smart with only minor shelf wear, staining mark to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean with a touch of age toning, as usual with the type of paper used.
