In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities. One or two faint handling marks to boards. Slight fading to spine and extremities. Small loss to cloth at tail of spine. Small ink inscription to front free endpaper. Two small strips of tape to rear paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Previous owner's and library stamps to title page. Pages bright and clean.
