Illustrated with eighteen monochrome engraved plates. Collated, complete. 

A collection of engravings, reproduced from originals held at the Guildhall Library, all depicting the iconic landmarks of London. Each plate is accompanied with descriptions, with the plates illustrating historic locations and views such as the Guildhall, the Royal Exchange, and the Tower of London. 

In the publisher's original card portfolio.

Condition

In the publisher's original card portfolio. Externally very smart with fading towards the joints and tail of the front cover, minimal edge wear, and a tidemark to the tail of the front. Internally firmly bound with bright and clean pages, with a small tidemark effecting the tails of the first five pages, though not effecting the artwork on the plates.
