Condition

In the publisher's original red cloth binding with the original dust wrappers. Some clipped (vols II, III, IV, V, and VI), some unclipped (I, VIII, X, XI, XII, and XIII). Vols VII and IX are clipped but have the price still intact. Externally, very smart, with only minor shelf wear to extremities of vols II and IV and the odd mark to the boards of I, II, III, IV, and VII. Dust wrappers are very smart, with only the odd handling mark. Small damp stain to reverse of wrap of vols I, II, and IV. Marginal age toning to all reverse of wraps, as well as slight spotting to reverse of wraps except for vols V, VI, XII, and XIII. Spotting to fore edges of all volumes except XII. Prior owner's bookplates to paste downs of vols I-VI.
