    Originally published as a book in 1861, previously published in 24 monthly parts, this work acts as an extensive guide to running a Victorian household. The recipes are highly structured, contrasting those in earlier cookbooks.

    Bound in full morocco. Externally, very smart. Minor shelf wear to extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean and bright. Slight spotting and marks to fore edge.
