What Our Customers Say...

Description

First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

The first edition, first impression.

In the publisher's original unclipped dust wrapper.

Published in the US under the title 'Cryptozoic!', Aldiss presents a science fiction novel set in the year 2093, combining themes of time travel and a totalitarian dystopia.

The concept of the novel may have been inspired by prevailing concern about the political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union.

Dust wrapper back strip and rear wrap head lightly age toned, otherwise bright. A touch of edgewear to back strip and front wrap head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
