This work was originally published in 'Weird Tales' magazine over a number of issues in 1931. It was then published in novel-form in the US in 1963.
Bound in the publisher's original pictorial paperback. Written by Frank Belknap Long, an American author of horror, science-fiction, fantasy and poetry. Long is particularly recognised for his contributions to the Cthulhu Mythos, work which was instrumental in him receiving the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement.
Comprised of three short stories, all set in the same, fantastical world. With 'The Horror from The Hills', 'Flame of Life' and 'Giant in the Forest'.

Bound in the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, excellent, with light edge wear and the odd mark. Light rubbing to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean, with age toning.
