Thomas Traherne was a poet, Anglican cleric, theologian, and religious writer. The intense, scholarly spirituality in his writings has led to his being commemorated by some parts of the Anglican Communion.
Traherne's writings frequently explore the glory of creation and what he saw as his intimate relationship with God.

In publisher's original cloth bindings. In the original unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, excellent. Minor shelf wear to head and tails of spines. Dust wrappers are very smart. Sunning to spine and extremities. Vol I wrap has minimal closed tears to front joint and top edge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean and bright.
